Job Summary

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study

• Experience: 0- 3 years

• Quantity Required: 1

• Location: Addis Ababa

• Sales Type: Primarily Outdoor Sales

• Salary: As company's scale

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through outdoor sales.

• Present and explain Elevator and Solar products, including features and benefits.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Negotiate, follow up, and close sales opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

• Provide regular sales and market feedback to the company.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Can confidently approach, engage, and communicate with new customers

• Understands customer needs and can recommend the right solutions

• Can clearly explain product features, benefits, value, and advantages

• Able to persuade customers and convert opportunities into sales

• Comfortable with face-to-face customer interaction and outdoor sales activities.

• Has strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

• Energetic, self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented

• Takes initiative and actively looks for new sales opportunities

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationship

• Willing to learn and understand technical products and explain them in a simple and convincing way

• Strong follow-up skills and does not easily give up on a sales opportunity

• Work independently while also contributing to a team

• Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations

• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-first mindset
