Junior Quality Control Analyst

Job Summary
The Junior Quality Control Analyst will support the Quality Control team in inspecting raw materials, monitoring production processes, conducting quality tests, and ensuring finished products meet established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in inspecting raw materials and packaging materials upon receipt.

• Conduct routine quality tests and inspections on products and production materials.

• Collect and document samples according to established procedures.

• Record laboratory and quality-control test results accurately.

• Assist in monitoring production processes to identify quality deviations.

• Report non-conforming products or materials to the appropriate supervisor.

• Support investigations into quality issues and production defects.

• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.

• Assist with laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration.

• Follow established safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.

• Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

• Work closely with production staff to maintain consistent product quality.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or a related field.

• 0 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Internship experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment is an advantage.

• Strong academic background and willingness to learn.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic computer skills.
