Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Technology Management, Civil Engineering or with related field of study

• Experience: 0 years

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review project master schedule, to keep a record of project milestones, to prepare progress follow-up reports in daily, weekly, or monthly basis          

• Monitor and track project progress delays & identify variances between actual and planned            

• Prepare look-ahead plans from the baseline schedule

• Developing & Planning detailed short-term programs to assist & guide the execution team         

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/ quarterly/monthly reports & daily outstanding as needed                                        

• Monitor and track project progress Constraints, delays & identify variances between actual and planned.

• Track & Record actual start and finish dates for activities executed for schedule updates          

• Follow up production progress and include on reports 

• ·Assist in preparing baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables and timelines as per project management plan.

•  Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

• Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status reports.

• Identify schedule variances of project status against schedule baseline.

• Prepare forecasts resulting from significant deviations from scheduled baselines.

• Coordinate with senior planner for resolution of project control issues on site.

• Conduct regular project site inspections.

• Prepare project progress reports.

• Prepare other reports as advised by the Planning Engineer.
