Junior Customer Service Officer(Fresh Graduate)

Job Description

• Position: Junior Customer Service Officer
• Education: First Degree in Business Administration and information system (BAIS) is advantageous and First Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Economics, Banking & Finance, or related fields with training or certification in MIS, IT or related.
• Experience: No prior experience required (Fresh Graduate).
• Other Requirements: Basic knowledge of banking operations, strong interpersonal skills, presentable appearance, team-oriented mindset, and adherence to NBE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling account openings, maintaining customer registers, and managing document custody.
• Processing counter transactions, cheque deposits, and returned cheques.
• Assisting Senior CSOs with back-office operations, daily reconciliations (ATM/POS/Merchant/Branch books), and clearing suspense accounts.
• Promoting bank products, services, and alternative digital channels.
• Supporting deposit mobilization, recruiting new clients, and building relationships with merchants and agents.
• Responding to customer inquiries while adhering to service quality standards and balance confidentiality.
