Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or with related field of study

Experience:

• 0–2 years of relevant work experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Search for and identify relevant medical equipment tender opportunities.

• Review tender requirements, technical specifications, and bid documents.

• Prepare and organize technical documents, specifications, catalogues, and compliance documents.

• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, technical information, and supporting documents.

• Assist in preparing and submitting complete tender documents within deadlines.

• Ensure that proposed medical equipment meets the required technical specifications and standards.

• Prepare tender-related reports and maintain proper documentation.

• Follow up on submitted tenders and support communication with relevant stakeholders.

• Assist with other biomedical engineering and technical activities as assigned.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of medical equipment and technical specifications.

• Knowledge of tender preparation and bid evaluation is an advantage.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
