Job Description
New Flower General Trading P.L.C. is engaged in Different Business Ventures like Coffee Cleaning and Warehousing, Foam Manufacturing, Import & Export, Dry & Liquid Transportation Service, Construction and Vehicles Assembly & Forex Bureau Is Looking for Competent Employees in the following areas.
Job Summary:
The Junior Auto Mechanic will support the mechanical assembly, inspection, adjustment, testing, and maintenance of 2-wheel and 3-wheel electric vehicles under the supervision of senior mechanics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in assembly of chassis, wheels, tires, brakes, suspension, steering, axles, drivetrain, and body components.
- Perform basic mechanical installation and adjustment.
- Tighten bolts, nuts, and fasteners using appropriate tools.
- Assist with brake and steering adjustment.
- Assist senior mechanics in troubleshooting and repair.
- Conduct basic mechanical inspection.
- Identify and report abnormal noise, vibration, looseness, or mechanical defects.
- Assist in vehicle functional and road testing.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness.
- Follow assembly instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Properly handle vehicle components and materials.
- Maintain production and inspection records where required.

Requirements
Education& Experience:
- BSc/Level III/IV, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with practical automotive skills may be considered.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems.
- Ability to use hand tools and workshop equipment.
- Good attitude, discipline, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
