Junior Accountant

KADISCO General Hospital is looking for a motivated, responsible, and fast-learning Junior Accountant to join our Finance Department.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have a strong willingness to learn, good numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to a professional healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recording and posting daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Support cash and bank reconciliation.
• Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and files.
• Support the preparation of periodic financial reports.
• Assist with data entry and financial documentation.
• Support tax and other statutory accounting activities as assigned.
• Use accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial data processing.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by the supervisor.
