📝 Job Summary
Abajifar Medical Center PLC is looking for a qualified, detail-oriented, and responsible Junior Accountant to support the organization’s financial operations. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate accounting records, recording financial transactions, preparing financial reports, conducting reconciliations, monitoring cash and expenses, and ensuring proper documentation of financial activities.
The Junior Accountant will work closely with the CEO and management to provide accurate and timely financial information and help ensure that the organization’s accounting activities are properly managed and maintained.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Support the preparation of monthly and periodic financial reports.
• Perform bank, cash, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor daily cash transactions and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist with payroll and other accounting-related activities.
• Maintain organized and confidential financial files and records.
• Support budget preparation and expense monitoring.
• Ensure financial transactions comply with company policies and applicable requirements.
• Provide financial information and reports to the CEO and management when required.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.
