Job Description
Skygate Duty Free is seeking qualified, motivated, and experienced professionals to join our growing team in the following position
Import Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on import shipments from order placement through customs clearance and delivery.
- Prepare and verify import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
- Track shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery.
- Maintain accurate import records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customs and import regulations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in import operations, preferably in retail, duty-free, or FMCG.
- Good knowledge of import procedures and customs documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and computer skills.
