Human Resource Officer (Performance Management & Talent Development Officer)

• Coordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of the employee performance management system.

• Assist departments and work units in preparing performance plans, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals.

• Provide guidance to employees and supervisors on performance planning, monitoring, evaluation, and feedback processes.

• Monitor the implementation of performance agreements and ensure timely completion of performance appraisals.

• Identify employee training and development needs based on performance evaluation results, competency gaps, and organizational requirements.

• Participate in the preparation and implementation of annual and periodic employee training and development plans.

• Coordinate training programs, workshops, coaching, mentoring, and other capacity-building activities.

Job Requirements

MA/BA degree in Business Administration , Management, Business Management, Human Resource Management With 0/2 years of work experience

• Core Expertise: Deep practical knowledge of Performance Management, ​OKR ,Talent Development, Succession Planning, and Leadership Training.

• ​Facilitation Skills: Exceptional presentation, coaching, and training skills with high confidence engaging diverse audiences.

• Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Interpersonal Strengths: Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building capabilities
