Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is currently seeking a qualified Human Resource Officer II on behalf of our esteemed client within the furniture manufacturing sector.
We are seeking a proactive Human Resource Officer II to manage daily HR operations and the full employee lifecycle at the company. You will drive recruitment, performance, and training initiatives while ensuring policy compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full hiring cycle and coordinate seamless onboarding for new employees.
• Interviews: Standardize candidate interview formats for fair assessment and conduct exit interviews to gather actionable feedback.
• Performance Management: Set, track, and evaluate monthly employee KPIs and performance reports with department managers.
• Training & Development: Conduct skill gap assessments and implement internal and external training programs to support employee growth.
• SOP Development: Create, maintain, and refine HR Standard Operating Procedures to align with best practices.
• Employee Communication: Facilitate transparent internal communications to keep staff informed of company news and updates.
• Compensation & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing and the administration of employee benefits and perks.
• Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regularly update internal HR policies.
• HR Documentation: Maintain accurate, secure, and legally compliant employee records and HR reports.
