About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer with strong knowledge of Odoo ERP to manage and support Human Resources activities through the Odoo system. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment, attendance, leave, payroll-related data, performance management, and other HR processes while ensuring proper use and continuous improvement of the Odoo HR system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee information in the Odoo ERP system.
- Ensure employee records, contracts, job positions, departments, and organizational structures are accurately updated in Odoo.
- Support the implementation and configuration of Odoo HR-related modules.
- Monitor the proper use of Odoo HR processes by employees and managers.
- Identify system errors, data discrepancies, and process gaps and coordinate with the Odoo Functional Consultant or IT team for resolution.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards from the Odoo system.
- Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, and security of employee data maintained in the system.
- Support users and provide basic guidance or training on relevant Odoo HR functions.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Practical experience working with Odoo ERP, particularly Odoo HR-related modules, is strongly preferred.
- Experience in HR systems implementation, data migration, testing, or process improvement is an advantage.
