Requirements

  • Qualification:- BA Management and related field
  • Experience :- 4 years of directly related experience in HR area
  • Knowledge of Ethiopian labour law 
  • Manage Recruitment and hiring process regulations.
  • Support performance management and employee development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulation
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information
