Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day hotel operations.
- Coordinate front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and related services.
- Ensure high standards of guest service.
- Monitor room availability, cleanliness, and service quality.
- Handle guest complaints and coordinate solutions.
- Prepare staff schedules and supervise hotel employees.
- Monitor hotel supplies and operational requirements.
- Ensure implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
- Prepare hotel operation reports.
- Coordinate with management on operational issues.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant hotel/hospitality experience, including supervisory experience.
Minimum Computer / Software Requirement
- Practical knowledge of Peachtree Accounting Software is mandatory.
- Basic computer skills are mandatory
