Job Description
Lead and deliver Mobile Health and Nutrition Team (MHNT) services in line with national guidelines.
Provide outpatient, emergency, preventive, and nutrition-related healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, referral, and follow-up.
Coordinate day-to-day MHNT operations, outreach activities, and collaboration with health authorities and community structures.
Supervise, mentor, and build the capacity of health staff to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with clinical standards.
Ensure accurate patient documentation, reporting, quality assurance, and effective management of medical supplies and resources.
Promote child protection, gender equality, inclusion, and community accountability in all program activities.
Perform other duties as assigned to support project objectives.
Job Requirements
Education: HO/Public health, BSc Nursing Degree/diploma from a recognized University/health college
Minimum of 3(three) years of experience in emergency health/nutrition programs, MHNT, and community-based services
Strong leadership, team management and coordination skills
Extremely flexible, able to work independently, and have the ability to cope with stressful situations and frustrations.
Ability to work and create the partnership with key government and peer partners and stakeholders
