Head of Branding

TOP Beverage Industries & Trading (TBIT) invites qualified, competent, and motivated professionals to apply for opportunities within its Branding Department under one recruitment announcement: Branding Professionals. We are seeking candidates across seven distinct roles who will help strengthen the company’s brands, expand market presence, drive creative marketing initiatives, and support sustainable business growth.

Purpose: Lead the branding and marketing function, develop strategic direction, and support business growth.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;

• A master’s degree is an advantage.

Experience:

• At least 7 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• FMCG or beverage industry experience is preferred.

Duty station: TBIT Offices

Salary and benefits: As per the TBIT salary scale and benefits policy

Skills & Competencies

• Key competencies: Leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, communication, campaign management, and market analysis.
