Requirements
- From recognized university second degree in Management/ Business Administration/Business Management/Human Resource Management/Personnel Management or in other relevant field of study
- 6 years related work experience, out of which 2 years in a managerial / supervisory /senior expertise position (s)
Or
- From recognized university/college first degree in Management/ Business Administration/Business Management/ Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management/ Education Administration or in other relevant field of study
- 8 years related work experience, out of which 3 years in managerial / supervisory /senior expertise position/s
