Currently the company is recruiting qualified candidates for the following position
Graduate Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
Provide frontline customer support, process counter transactions, and assist Senior Officers in collecting and organizing loan documentation. Perform all administrative and data-entry tasks accurately under close supervision.

Requirements
Required Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or related field.
- 0+ year of experience in banking, microfinance, or customer service (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and basic numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and willingness to learn.
