The Opportunity
As General Manager, you will work closely with the founders to lead the company's operations and execute our long-term growth strategy. You will strengthen manufacturing systems, improve business performance, build high-performing teams, and establish the operational foundation needed for large-scale growth.

• Lead manufacturing operations and production planning
• Oversee supply chain, procurement, inventory, and quality assurance
• Drive sales coordination, financial performance, and operational efficiency
