About the Role
BHM General Trading PLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Garment / Sewing
Supervisor to oversee and lead our team of sewing machine operators and production staff. The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily factory operations, high production standards, and quality output.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct daily garment production activities to maintain top product quality and meet targets.
- Supervise, train, and guide sewing operators to ensure efficiency, safety, and high performance.
- Monitor product quality continuously throughout the sewing process to prevent and correct errors
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven relevant experience in garment manufacturing, apparel production, and sewing operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial sewing machines, garment construction techniques, and quality control standards.
- Solid leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
