Full Stack Developer

DAPS PLC is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to own the technical implementation, scalability, and security of Onekof – our fast-growing multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will own the full lifecycle: building features, managing infrastructure, and deploying to production, driving development, data migration, and platform hardening through our launch phase while contributing to DAPS’s broader software, AI, and digital transformation initiatives. This is a high-ownership role: you will shape architecture, ship and operate production systems, and directly influence product and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Ship — lead feature development and continuously elevate the Onekof user experience.

• Architect — design and scale secure multi-tenant SaaS architecture, well-documented APIs, and mobile-responsive interfaces.

• AI Integration — implement AI-powered product capabilities using LLM and Generative AI technologies.

• Connect — deliver integrations across payment gateways, SMS, email, ERP/CRM, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.

• Deploy & Operate — own cloud deployment, environments, release management, monitoring, and production uptime.

• Secure & Automate — enforce OWASP Top 10 standards, strengthen CI/CD pipelines, and expand automated testing.

• Lead — mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture and code reviews.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally on a multi-tenant SaaS product.

• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Python/Django, PHP/Laravel).

• Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, API design, and enterprise system integrations.

• Hands-on cloud deployment and operations experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) — CI/CD, environment management, and production monitoring; Docker/Kubernetes a plus.

• Familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).

• Strong ownership mentality; thrives working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Production experience building AI-powered or LLM-integrated product features.

• Hands-on experience designing and scaling multi-tenant SaaS architecture.

• Payment gateway, SMS, or telco integration experience relevant to the Ethiopian market.

• Open-source contributions or a strong public portfolio (GitHub, live demos).
