Position: Food Safety and Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Purpose

To supervise and ensure the effective implementation of food safety and quality assurance systems throughout the factory, ensuring that raw materials, production processes, finished products, sanitation, and hygiene practices comply with established food safety standards, HACCP, GMP, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards. The position is responsible for monitoring quality performance, identifying and addressing non-conformities, implementing CAPA, maintaining proper documentation, and promoting a strong food safety and quality culture among employees.

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards throughout production processes.

· Supervise quality control activities, laboratory testing, and inspection procedures.

·  Implement and maintain HACCP, GMP, and other applicable food safety and quality management systems.

·  Conduct regular sanitation, hygiene, and production-area inspections.

·  Identify non-conformities and coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

·  Maintain accurate food safety, quality-control, inspection, and compliance documentation.

·  Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, food safety, and company requirements.

· Conduct and coordinate food safety, hygiene, GMP, and quality-related training for employees.

· Monitor production processes and take appropriate action to prevent quality and food safety risks.

· Prepare quality and food safety reports and communicate findings to management.

· Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

·  Promote continuous improvement in food safety, quality, sanitation, and hygiene practices

• Education: Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Applied Biology, or related

• Experience: More than 6 years, including 2 years in a supervisory position.

• Age: 20–30 years.
