Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor food and beverage purchases, receipts, issues, sales, and consumption.
Control food and beverage inventory.
Review daily sales and consumption reports.
Conduct stock counts and reconciliations.
Monitor food and beverage costs.
Identify wastage, shortages, and unusual variances.
Review receiving documents and store issues.
Coordinate with purchasing, stores, kitchen, restaurant, and finance.
Prepare food and beverage cost reports.
Recommend measures to reduce wastage and improve profitability.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Hotel Management, Food and Beverage Management, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hotel, restaurant, or food and beverage control.
Minimum Computer / Software Requirement
Basic computer skills are mandatory
