Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor food and beverage purchases, receipts, issues, sales, and consumption.
- Control food and beverage inventory.
- Review daily sales and consumption reports.
- Conduct stock counts and reconciliations.
- Monitor food and beverage costs.
- Identify wastage, shortages, and unusual variances.
- Review receiving documents and store issues.
- Coordinate with purchasing, stores, kitchen, restaurant, and finance.
- Prepare food and beverage cost reports.
- Recommend measures to reduce wastage and improve profitability.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Hotel Management, Food and Beverage Management, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hotel, restaurant, or food and beverage control.
Minimum Computer / Software Requirement
- Basic computer skills are mandatory
