Flight Ticket Sales Manager

Etenesh Best Travel Agency is a trusted IATA Accredited travel agency offering affordable ticketing services worldwide. We're looking for a proactive Sales & Promotion Manager to actively reach out to customers, promote our services, and drive ticket sales—not just wait at the desk!

• Actively reach out to potential customers and promote air ticket services.

• Develop and run promotional campaigns (social media, WhatsApp, email, word-of-mouth).

• Respond to client inquiries and convert leads into bookings.

• Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business.

• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

• Work with the team to plan seasonal deals and flash sales.

What We Offer

• Salary: 20,000 ETB/month (negotiable).

• Commission: 10% of net profit per ticket sold.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry (retail, insurance, etc.).

• No prior ticketing experience required–we will provide full training on GDS and ticketing systems.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outreach.

• Fluent in English and Amharic

• Familiar with social media (Facebook, Telegram, Instagram) for promotion.

• Basic computer skills (email, Excel, WhatsApp Business).
