Job Description
This Company is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial affairs and ensure strong financial control, accurate reporting, effective cash-flow management, budgeting, cost control, and statutory compliance.
The Finance Manager will manage and supervise day-to-day finance operations and provide reliable financial information to support strategic and operational decision-making. The role will have particular responsibility for financial control across the company s project-based operations, including brand activation campaigns, experiential marketing projects, events, printing and production, POSM projects, procurement, logistics, and related business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise day-to-day financial operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording and classification of financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Lead annual budgeting and coordinate departmental and project budgets.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and prepare variance reports.
- Prepare rolling cash-flow forecasts and support business planning.
- Review project budgets, costing, expenditure, and profitability.
- Monitor project-related labor, transportation, accommodation, production, printing, materials, logistics, and subcontractor costs.
- Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage bank and cash positions, payment schedules, petty cash, and advances.
- Oversee accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and credit control.
- Manage accounts payable and supplier accounts.
- Review invoices and supporting documentation and prevent unauthorized or duplicate payments.
- Monitor project, production, printing, procurement, logistics, and operational expenses.
- Ensure timely tax declarations and compliance with VAT, withholding tax, payroll, and other statutory obligations.
- Review payroll inputs, advances, deductions, allowances, incentives, commissions, and bonuses where applicable.
- Ensure accurate inventory and fixed asset records and participate in physical counts.
- Develop and strengthen financial policies, procedures, approval levels, and segregation of duties.
- Monitor financial risks, unusual transactions, and potential irregularities.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and follow up on audit findings.
- Ensure proper use of accounting/ERP systems and accurate financial records.
- Prepare management reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, receivables and payables aging, budget vs. actual, project profitability, expense and revenue analysis, and cash position.
- Lead, supervise, and develop finance team members.
- Provide financial analysis and commercial advice to management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and commercial information.

Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant professional experience.
- 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
- ACCA, CPA, CMA, or an equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
- Experience in a project-based business is highly desirable.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, events, printing, manufacturing, or production is an advantage.
