Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the finance and accounting function.

• Establish and maintain effective financial control systems.

• Prepare and monitor budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and financial plans.

• Review accounting records, transactions, and financial documents.

• Supervise preparation of financial statements and management reports.

• Monitor receivables, payables, cash, bank accounts, inventory, and other financial resources.

• Ensure proper tax compliance and statutory obligations.

• Analyze financial performance and advise management.

• Supervise accounting staff and evaluate performance.

• Coordinate financial closing and reporting.

• Safeguard company assets.

• Develop and implement accounting and financial procedures.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting and Finance or related field.

• Professional accounting qualification is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years at managerial level.

General Minimum Requirement:

• Basic computer skills are a minimum requirement for all positions.

• Candidates should be able to use common office applications, email, internet, and relevant computer-based systems.

Minimum Computer / Software Requirement

• Practical knowledge of Peachtree Accounting Software is mandatory.

• Basic computer skills are mandatory.
