Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting or with related field of study.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Monitor financial performance and ensure accuracy of reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
Manage cash flow, risk, and compliance.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and relevant stakeholders.
Lead and mentor the finance team.
Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
