Finance Manager

East African Special Economic Zone is seeking a highly competent and results-oriented Finance Manager to lead and oversee the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial operations of the company.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.

• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.

• Manage statutory reporting, audits, and relationships with external auditors.

• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.

• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies.

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions.

• Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and profitability improvement.

• Support business planning, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making.

• Trained And Implement  IFRs

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional certification such asACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent is an added advantage.

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

• Experience in Industrial park Development, Real-estate development, manufacturing, trading, or related industries is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
