Finance Division Head

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Accounting & Optimization: Lead cost allocation, overhead analysis, and product/service costing. Identify cost leaks, optimize expenditure, and develop strategies to improve gross profit margins.

• Budgetary & Cash Flow Control: Manage corporate zero-based budgeting and forecasting. Monitor operational cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to ensure optimal liquidity.

• Financial Reporting & IFRS Compliance: Oversee the preparation of accurate, timely financial statements in full compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements.

• Internal Control & Risk Management: Design, implement, and enforce internal financial controls to safeguard company assets, minimize audit risks, and eliminate operational waste.

• Audit & Tax Governance: Direct internal/external audit processes and manage total tax compliance (VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax, Payroll Tax).

• Strategic Leadership & Team Mentorship: Lead, evaluate, and develop the finance and accounting team to align performance with organizational growth goals.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification:

• BA or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Work Experience:

• 6+ years of progressive experience in accounting, cost control, and financial management.

• Minimum 3–5 years in a senior managerial role overseeing corporate financial operations.

• Demonstrated track record in cost reduction, financial strategy implementation, and budget management.

Technical Competencies:

• Strong expertise in Cost Accounting, IFRS, and local tax regulations.

• High proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
