Meba Microfinance Institution Share Company is a Microfinance institution to provide financial and non-financial services to the productive poor in urban and rural areas of Ethiopia. Meba MFI invites competent and qualified candidates for Head Office post for following positions.

Position: Finance & Administration Division Manager

Job Summary:

• Financial & Loan Fund Management: Oversees capital structure, manages liquidity for loan disbursements, and formulates savings and credit mobilization policies.
• HR & Administration: Directs staff recruitment, training, compensation, and performance management, while overseeing institutional assets and general office services.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensures financial systems strictly comply with National Bank regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Work place: Head office.

Required Qualification:

• Hold a minimum of first degree from a recognized higher learning institution in BA degree in Accounting & Finance/Accounting/Management or related business fields.

Work Experience:

• A total of 4 years of experience in senior positions out of which at list 2 years experienced in related position of financial sector, experience in accounting jobs. Financial institutions comprehensive knowledge of business.
