Meba Microfinance Institution Share Company is a Microfinance institution to provide financial and non-financial services to the productive poor in urban and rural areas of Ethiopia. Meba MFI invites competent and qualified candidates for Head Office post for following positions.

Position: Finance & Administration Department Manager

Job Summary:

• Financial & Investment Management: Directs accounting, budgeting, fund management, and share activities while formulating long-term financial and investment policies.
• HR & Administration: Manages the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, performance, compensation, training) and oversees property administration and office services.

Work place: Head office.

Required Qualification:

• Hold Second Degree/ BA Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in BA degree in Accounting & Finance/Accounting/Management or related business fields.

Work Experience:

• A total of 6 years of experience in senior positions out of which at list 4 years experienced in related position of financial sector, experience in accounting jobs. Financial institutions comprehensive knowledge of business.
