Female Security Guard

Altera Luxury Living / FTE Engineering PLC, located around Bole Japan, is seeking dedicated, vigilant, and professional Female Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining a premium, safe, and secure environment for our residents, staff, and property.

📌 Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of residents, employees, visitors, and vehicles.

* Conduct security screenings and physical checks of female visitors and their belongings politely and professionally.

* Patrol the luxury residential/office premises regularly to ensure safety and detect signs of unauthorized entry.

* Respond to emergencies swiftly and report any suspicious activities to management immediately.

* Maintain accurate logs of visitor entries, exits, and daily security incidents.

Job Requirements

Gender: Female

* Education: High School Diploma (10th/12th grade complete) or equivalent.

* Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years] of experience in security services (experience in luxury apartments, hotels, or corporate real estate is a plus).

* Skills and Attributes:

•             Excellent communication and customer service-oriented interpersonal skills.

•             Strong observational skills and high attention to detail.

•             Integrity, reliability, and professional discipline.

•             Clean criminal record (must provide a police clearance report and background checks).
