Job Description

The Factory Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the company's integrated dairy business, including commercial dairy farm operations, external raw milk collection, dairy processing, quality assurance, maintenance, logistics, and distribution. The position ensures efficient operations, compliance with food safety standards, sustainable milk supply, and achievement of production and financial targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

•Manage dairy farm operations, herd health, breeding, feeding, forage production, biosecurity, milk productivity, and coordinate farm milk supply with factory requirements.

•Manage milk collection network, ensure quality testing, cold-chain management, supplier relationships, timely procurement and payment.

•Supervise processing of milk and dairy products, production planning, maintenance, packaging, inventory, and operational efficiency.

•Implement GMP, ISO 22000, laboratory testing, sanitation, traceability, and regulatory compliance.

•Prepare budgets, control costs, supervise staff, evaluate performance, and ensure legal compliance.

•Manage procurement, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and prepare operational and financial reports.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, Animal Science, Agribusiness Management, Management or related field.

•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in senior management.

•Experience in integrated dairy farm, milk collection, and dairy processing operations.
