Job Summary:

Factory Managers oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and cost standards. This senior leadership role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct daily production activities to meet output targets and customer delivery requirements.

• Oversee production planning and resource allocation, including work force, materials, and equipment, to optimize workflow.

• Ensure all products meet established quality standards and customer specifications.

• Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures (e.g., ISO, HACCP).

• Promote health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance by making sure the factory complies with all corporate policies and local laws (such as those pertaining to workplace safety and health).

• Develop and manage the factory budget, controlling operational costs, labor, and materials.

• Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives and productivity improvements.

• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to support production schedules and customer demand.

• Manage employee performance, conduct reviews, and oversee training programs to build capability.

• Work with engineering teams on new product introductions, equipment installation, and factory modernization projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial leadership role.
