Job Summary
Digicom Intelligent Systems PLC is looking for a highly organized and commercially driven Export Manager to oversee the company’s coffee export operations, including international buyers, logistics, export documentation, compliance, and market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end coffee export operations and international shipments.
- Coordinate export documentation, customs, logistics, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international coffee buyers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor shipments and resolve operational or documentation issues.
- Identify new international markets and potential buyers.
- Support export sales growth and prepare regular export reports.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Agricultural Economics, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in coffee export, international trade, logistics, or export management.
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian coffee export processes and international shipments.
- Experience in export documentation, customs procedures, and international buyer management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
