Education and Experience Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:

For candidates with an MA/MBA:

• MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or another related field.
• Male candidates: 6.5 years of experience in the banking industry
• Female candidates: 5.5 years of experience in the banking industry

For candidates with a BA:

• BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or another related field.
• Male candidates: 8.5 years of experience in the banking industry
• Female candidates: 7.5 years of experience in the banking industry

Required Banking Experience

The required banking industry experience should include either:

• 2 years as a Customer Services Manager Grade B, or
• 3 years as a Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A

Salary and Work Location

• Salary: According to the Bank's salary scale
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa branches, Dire Dawa, Hirna, and Bonga
