Job Description
- Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on panels, lighting, motors, and controls.
- Operate and maintain generators and electrical equipment.
- Maintain water pumps, booster pumps, and drainage systems.
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance of elevators/lifts and coordinate with service providers.
- Carry out basic plumbing maintenance, including pipes, valves, taps, toilets, and drainage.
- Respond quickly to electrical, plumbing, and equipment breakdowns.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and service records.
- Follow all safety procedures and coordinate with contractors when required.
- Support other general facility maintenance activities.
Requirements
Level 5 or Advanced Diploma in Electromechanical or Industrial Electricity or a related field.
3-5 years and above experience as an Electrician or General Technician.
Good experience on generator, pump, elevator maintenance
Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
