Job Description
Minda Business Group is inviting qualified and motivated professionals to join its growing team in Addis Ababa. Applications are invited for the following positions.

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for official business activities.
- Transport employees, documents, materials, and company property to designated locations.
- Conduct daily routine checks of vehicle condition and report maintenance requirements.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, tidiness, and proper operating condition.
- Comply strictly with traffic laws and company vehicle policies.
- Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, fuel records, and trip records.
- Support document delivery, material collection, and other official assignments.
- Ensure the safe and timely completion of assigned trips.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Ethiopian Driving License appropriate for the assigned vehicle category.
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience.
- Good knowledge of Addis Ababa routes and road conditions.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle operation and routine checks.
- Disciplined, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work flexible hours when required.
