Job Description

Responsibilities
- Create clear, accurate 2D layouts and 3D CAD models (architectural, structural, mechanical, or electrical) using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks.
- Modify existing drawings based on redlines, field measurements, engineer feedback, or client request changes.
- Convert engineers' and architects' sketches, notes, and specification sheets into working construction documents and shop drawings.
- Maintain organized digital drawing files, version-control logs, and project documentation for historical reference.
- Review all drafts to ensure strict adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and internal company standards.

Requirements
Minimum Qualification
- Diploma in Drafting, CAD Technology or Architecture.
Work Experience
- 4 years of proven drafting experience in construction and or architectural design.
Other
Essential Skills
- Advanced skills in 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, Micro Station) and MS Office.
- Solid understanding of drafting standards, spatial geometry, building codes, and construction methods.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional precision with dimensions, scale, and technical specs.
- Spatial Reasoning: Ability to visualize 3D structures from 2D sketches or data.
- Problem-Solving: Quick identification of design clashes or structural inconsistencies prior to site execution.
- Time Management: Ability to manage tight deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
