Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and manage distribution operations.
- Coordinate product dispatch and delivery.
- Develop delivery routes and schedules.
- Monitor vehicles, drivers, and distribution personnel.
- Ensure timely and accurate customer delivery.
- Monitor distribution costs and efficiency.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, finance, and customers.
- Monitor delivery documents and confirmations.
- Prepare distribution performance reports.
- Resolve delivery problems.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory experience
Minimum Computer / Software Requirement
- Basic computer skills are mandatory
