Criteria | Requirement |
Education | MA/BA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field |
Experience | Minimum 8 years for BA / 6 years for MA in HR management roles, with at least 3 years in hospitality industry |
Matrix | Strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition & retention, performance management, employee relations, Ethiopian labor law compliance, HR policy development, leadership & team management, change management |
