Yusra Home is looking for a creative, energetic, and digitally savvy Digital Marketer to join its growing marketing team in Addis Ababa.
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for managing and growing the company's digital presence, creating engaging social media content, supporting digital advertising campaigns, generating customer leads, and increasing brand awareness and customer engagement across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, digital marketing, lifestyle brands, furniture, and interior design. Fresh graduates with strong practical digital marketing skills, creative ability, and a portfolio of content are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Yusra Home's social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, product videos, photos, and promotional content.
- Write creative captions, product descriptions, and calls-to-action.
- Capture and edit content from showrooms, products, events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Support the planning and execution of Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Generate potential customer leads through social media and digital campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure digital leads are properly followed up.
- Support product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, showroom events, and other marketing activities.
- Monitor competitors and identify relevant digital marketing trends and opportunities.
- Track social media performance, engagement, reach, leads, and campaign results.
- Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports.
- Support website content updates and basic SEO activities when required.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, content formats, algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong practical digital marketing skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Practical experience creating social media content, particularly short-form video content.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Canva and/or CapCut is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and digital advertising.
- Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Creative with a strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Good command of English; Amharic is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work from the showroom/office and participate in content creation activities.
- A portfolio, sample social media page, or examples of previous content work will be an advantage.
