Job Description
- Product Design & Co‑creation: Define product features based on customer research; coordinate with technology and partners on requirements; ensure products meet regulatory and inclusion needs as applicable.
- Business Case & Pricing: Develop revenue models, pricing strategies, and commission structures; prioritise high‑revenue products; ensure cross‑subsidisation for inclusion services.
- Implementation & Training: Prepare operational SOPs; support agent and staff training; deliver product briefs for marketing and communication.
- Performance Monitoring: Track product adoption, transaction volumes, revenue, and customer feedback; adjust features and incentives based on data.
Partnership Engagement: Liaise with banks, MFIs, insurers, and payment processors; negotiate product terms; support joint campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business;
3+ years in product development or management; knowledge of digital financial services and finance sector.
