Position: Deputy General Manager, Business & Support Services

Location: Adama and Gelan Industry Parks

Education

• MA/MSc/BSc/BA/LLB Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Finance, or in any related field of study.

Main Role of the Job holder

• To provide executive leadership for materials planning, local procurement coordination, stores, warehousing, logistics, dispatch, commercial coordination, and the effective delivery of finance, human resources, administration and ICT services.
• The role ensures operational units receive timely, efficient and well-coordinated business support while maintaining alignment with the relevant corporate functions. It also assists the General Manager in business planning, resource optimization, cross-functional coordination and leadership succession.

Relevant Experience

• Minimum of 10–12 years of progressive corporate management and administrative leadership experience, ideally within large-scale manufacturing, industrial parks, or heavy corporate conglomerates.
• At least 5 years in a senior executive support role managing diverse administrative units (HR, Finance, Legal, Admin).
• Strong experience in a large manufacturing or industrial organization
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver measurable results.
• Strong business judgment, execution discipline, analytical capability, 10, 2026 and integrity.
