Job Description

Requirements
Qualification & Experience
- Required Qualification :Minimum Master’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategic Management, Engineering, Operations Management or related field is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s Degree may be accepted only where the candidate has exceptional executive leadership experience in diversified business. Executive leadership training is highly desirable.
- Required Experience : Minimum 12 years of progressive management experience, including at least 8 years in senior executive, general management, business leadership, banking, consulting or diversified enterprise leadership roles.
- Required Skill: Executive leadership, strategic execution, cross-functional coordination, commercial judgment, people leadership, decision discipline, negotiation, performance management, risk escalation, reporting discipline and institutionalization capability.
