  Position Summary

The Assistant Teacher is responsible for assisting the main classroom teacher in developing and implementing a program of activities that will promote the social, emotional, and physical development of each student in the classroom. The Assistant Teacher carries out their duties under the direction of the lead classroom teacher.

The school is seeking to hire 7 Assistant Teachers to support the kindergarten, elementary, life skills, and vocational programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Science, or any related field with 0 years of experience.

• Specialization in Special Needs Education would be advantageous.

• Knowledge of current educational and instructional methodologies and techniques.

• Priority given for females.
