Customer Service Representative – Customer Assessment

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Customer Service Representative who will be responsible only for conducting customer and field/shop assessments (የደንበኞች ገበያ ጥናት). The role focuses on visiting customers’ business premises, collecting accurate information, and completing assessment reports on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct timely and effective field/client shop assessments of customers

• Visit customer business locations and verify physical existence and business activity

• Collect required information using the company’s assessment checklist

• Complete and submit clear, accurate assessment reports within the required time

• Communicate professionally with customers during assessment visits

• Coordinate with the Operations / Retention team as needed

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field (preferably Business, Marketing, or related)

• Good communication skills in Amharic and basic English

• Ability to move around Addis Ababa for field visits

• Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Previous experience in customer service, field work, or data collection is an advantage

• Own smartphone is required
