We are looking to recruit an experienced, compassionate, and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills and be committed to ensuring an excellent patient experience.
Previous experience working in a healthcare or dental environment is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer service and front-office team.
- Maintain high standards of patient service.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and address complaints professionally.
- Develop strategies to improve patient experience and retention.
- Train, coach, and evaluate customer service staff.
- Monitor appointment handling, follow-ups, and patient communication.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams.
- Prepare customer service reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
