COMPANY BACKGROUND
Tadesse Desta Business Group (TDBG) is one of the seasoned and prominent Private companies in Ethiopia. It incorporates Four legal business entities namely; Tadesse Desta Import /Export, Aztad Industrial and Trading PLC , Azeb Tadesse Coffee supplier and TADAB Building material & Trading plc. Under its umbrella. It engages in import/export, Labeling, printing & Packaging, transport and manufacturing business.
Currently, Tadesse Desta Business Group has a diversified business activity among which is in the original endeavor of the coffee processing and export, with export destination of USA, Middle East , Europe, South Korea and China; TDBG has diversified on the supply chain with Coffee roasting to Buku Highland coffee production. In addition, TDBG is in the development stage of a Labeling, printing packaging which has commissioned lately.
We are looking for highly motivated & qualified professionals for the Content Creator & Copywriter.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, trade shows, seasonal campaigns, and corporate milestones.
- Copywriting & Storytelling: Draft compelling, clear, and brand-consistent copy for social media posts, email newsletters, website pages, trade show collaterals, press releases, and marketing brochures.
- Social Media & Community Management: Schedule daily posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok), monitor interactions, and engage actively with audience comments and messages.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets, tone of voice, and messaging strictly adhere to internal brand architecture and design guidelines.

Platform Expertise | In-depth understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and email marketing tools. |
Portfolio | A strong portfolio showcasing written samples, short-form video work, and visual content execution. |
